What can I special-order?
Depending on availability, special orders can include sculptures, limited editions, commemorative pieces, larger dinner and tea services, vases and other items from the Imperial Porcelain Factory catalogue.
Can I order something that is not on your website?
Yes. Our website shows only part of the factory's full range. If you have seen a particular piece elsewhere, send us the name, catalogue number or a photograph and we will check whether it can be ordered.
How long does it take?
Special orders usually take up to 90 days. We will give you an estimated delivery time before you place the order.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. A special order does not necessarily mean a large quantity. Individual sculptures, vases, plates and other pieces can also be ordered when available.

How is the order shipped?
The order is shipped to the United States from our European stock. It is packed carefully and insured for its full value.
