- Order and delivery data: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC or expiry date. We receive only the transaction result, the last four digits and the card brand.
- Correspondence: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or through contact forms, including any order numbers and photos you attach.
- Marketing preferences: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

- IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and screen resolution.
- Pages viewed, referring page, time spent on the site and actions taken (items added to cart, checkout steps completed).

- Shipping carriers (for example Omniva, DHL Express and UPS) — name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered and tracked.
- Customs authorities in Estonia and the United States — recipient details and a description of the goods, as required by law for international shipments.
- Hosting and email providers — storage of the website and transactional email delivery.
- Analytics and marketing providers — only where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
Because our team and fulfillment operations are located in Estonia (European Union) and the company is registered in the United States, your data is transferred between the EU and the US. Where personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order and invoice records: 7 years, as required by tax and accounting rules.
- Customer account data: for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months.
- Customer support correspondence: 24 months from the last message.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months.

Payment details are handled entirely within Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant environment. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.
